I read “The Phantoms Blade” and I am so excited to read the rest of the story! This is my favorite book series so far. I read the first one when I was in fourth grade and I just finished rereading the first four books, they are amazing. After rereading them I understood them . Leaves of Grass Book XXXIII: Songs of Parting. As the Time Draws Nigh. As the time draws nigh glooming a cloud, A dread beyond of I know not what darkens me. Phantoms of countless lost, Invisible to the rest henceforth become my companions, Follow me ever - desert me not while I live.

This book was the last Koontz I ever read. I was probably 10 or so when I read it. It scared me so badly, I slept hardly a wink the night I finished and threw up sometime in the night due to a lack of sleep. I should likely reread it at some point now that I am an adult to see what scared me so deeply/5(37). Phantoms contains examples of. Animalistic Abomination: The monster can choose any shape to hunt down its victims.A giant moth is one of them. Age Lift: Lisa is 14 in the appears to be at least 17 or 18 in the movie adaptation. Artistic License – Biology: Oh so much, but see Rule of book tries to avert this with Biosan (the biological weapon used to kill the monster.
